Imagine being handed a road map with half of it missing. How would you ever reach your destination with confidence? In the same way, reading only parts of the Bible leaves an incomplete picture. To truly understand the journey toward our heavenly home with Jesus, we need the full story. Every part of Scripture fits together, revealing God’s plan and guiding us along the path of life.

📖 Galatians 3:8
“The Scriptures looked forward to this time when God would make the Gentiles right in his sight because of their faith.”

❔ Questions

• This verse you’ve just read is some of the best news you’ll hear in your life! Why? Because you are part of the “Gentiles” that Paul writes about. The freedom is for you too!
• Choose a friend with whom you want to go on this roadtrip for the next few weeks. Forward this message and talk to each other about how it makes you feel that God wanted to save you already a long time ago.

Lord Jesus, You chose a long time ago to make me a part of your story to save people and it makes me feel              . When I think about it, then I know You are                       . Amen.

📢 Identity statement
Say it out loud: “I am part of God’s big story.”
🎨 Respond
Draw a “road map” of your life, from your birth to now. Write down the places and names on your “life’s path” where you can remember that the Lord was close to you and where the Lord invited you to be part of the journey with Him. Stick the map where you can see it, so you can thank Jesus for those places during the week.

Post the invitation “Ask me about the coolest story ever” on social media to see how many people will ask you about your roadtrip and use the caption: #CoolestStoryEver

👥 People
Choose a friend with whom you will feel comfortable talking about Jesus. Tell each other what it means that God chose to save you, even before you knew Him. Who else can you tell you about this “coolest story ever” together?

This month’s Scripture is = Galatians 3

Read the rest of Galatians chapter 3 today and notice:

• The Old Testament tells how people had to keep the laws in order to be saved, and the New Testament tells us how faith in Jesus saves you. When you read Galatians 3, count how many times you read the word “believe” or “faith.” What or who helps you to believe?
• The law teaches you that you must live a good life, so that you can be saved. Christians say: “We live a good life, because we believe that Jesus saves us”. Think a little about the difference. Do you agree?
• When you read Galatians 3:22, you discover that the law is not the problem, but sin is the big problem. Faith in Jesus is the way we can be set free. What does a sin-free life look like? What does it mean to you that you have been set free from sin?
