‘Why are you discouraged, my soul? Why are you so restless? Put your hope in God, because I will still praise him. He is my savior and my God.’ – Psalms 42:11
Depression can be challenging, often leaving us feeling overwhelmed and alone. We may feel like we are in a bottomless pit with no way out. But even in the midst of the darkest times, we can find hope and strength in God.
When feeling downcast and troubled, we can turn to the Lord and put our hope in Him. He is our Savior and strength and promises too always be with us.
In times of struggle, we can cling to His promises and find peace in His presence.
Hope in God’s Strength
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I come to You in our times of need, asking for Your strength and comfort. Help me to put my hope in You and to trust that You are with me through every trial. Thank You for being my Savior and for bringing light into the darkness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Challenge: Talk to someone you trust about what you’re going through. It can be a friend, a family member, or a therapist. Sharing your struggles can help ease the burden and provide support and encouragement.
