Jesus is the bridge between your sinful world and eternal life. In John 14:6, Jesus says He is the way, the truth, and life. No man can come to the Father without Him. When Adam and Eve sinned in paradise, God and we separated. One sinful act was enough to separate man from God’s presence, but by one man’s sacrifice, the relationship between God and us was restored. The sacrifice was Jesus Christ on the cross.
When God looks at you now, he no longer sees a sinful person, but a redeemed one because of Jesus’ sacrifice. God knew the enemy would deceive man, and still, out of unconditional love, He gave His only Son as ransom.
Jesus was the perfect sacrifice for us. He will change your life! Choose Him as your way and truth and receive life.
He Is The Way!
Prayer: Almighty Father, thank you for loving me so much that You gave me Your only Son as a sacrifice. Thank you for the freedom and life You gave me. Teach me Your will. I ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Challenge: We all know what Jesus has done for us, but my challenge to you is to think about “why” you choose Jesus. Then share that “why” with someone.
