🐑 There’s a beautiful story that Jesus told about a shepherd who takes care of His flock. One day, one of the lambs goes missing but ninety-nine remain. The Good Shepherd goes out and looks for that lost sheep, picks him up, and brings him back to safety.
📣 If you’ve gotten a little lost, call out to Jesus and He will come help you.
👣 To say you’re a Christian is one thing. To live as a Christian asks something more of you.
📖 As we’re continuing to read through Galatians 5, let’s discover today’s verses together:
Verses 19-21: “When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these.”
💡 See if you can find the good version of each of the sins listed above; e.g. envy = contentment
💡You live out faith by remaining close to the Shepherd – He leads you where you should go.
💡 Your life will bear different fruit when you stay near Him.
