📖 Matthew 5:9 “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”
Sometimes, on our journey with Jesus, we experience moments of unrest and moments of peace. That is a fruit of the Spirit: peace with God and peace with others, our parents and friends. And wouldn’t it be great to live in peace with everyone? But this does not come from ourselves.Â
Children of the world do not know this deep-seated soul-level peace feeling. When we become God’s children, the Holy Spirit helps us to discover this peace in our lives. We don’t want to look like the world any longer, where people fight and argue all day long, trapped in jealousy… No, we want to be more and more like Jesus. We want to shine out the Fruit of the Spirit and make a difference in this world!

🙏 Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You that I can be Your child. Please help me so that Your Holy Spirit may come into my life and make me brand new. Let my life shine the Fruit of the Spirit so that others can see that I belong to You. Thank You for Your peace, Lord. Amen.
