📖 Hebrews 12:1 “When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that [Jesus] story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!”
I am always amazed at how much God loves His children. When we become God’s children by accepting Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, God is at the start of the journey. In fact, He is the One who opens our eyes to faith and since He starts us on the journey, we can be confident that He will finish it. The writer of Hebrews assures us that Jesus Himself has endured hard things. So because Jesus understands, He is able to see us through.
❣️ We can approach life with confidence if we fix our eyes on Jesus.
🙏 Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for Your Word. Thank you that I can read about how You have helped others to be faithful and thank you that I can know for sure that You will do the same for me. Thank you for keeping me steadfast. Amen.
