Jeremiah 17:7-8 MSG “Blessed is the man who trusts me, God, the woman who sticks with God. They’re like trees replanted in Eden, putting down roots near the rivers— Never a worry through the hottest of summers, never dropping a leaf, Serene and calm through droughts, bearing fresh fruit every season.”
Life brings challenges, but true confidence doesn’t come from your performance, intellect, or financial stability — it comes from trusting the unchanging God. Like a tree planted by water, when we root ourselves in Him, we won’t wither when tough times come.
We don’t have to be afraid of the unknown future because God remains known and steady. He is kind, compassionate, patient, and generous. He has been this way to millions of people for generations, and you can trust that He will be this way toward you as well.
Being rooted in God brings stability and allows you to walk with confidence.
Prayer: Father God, You have been faithful and steady over generations, I have every reason to trust that You will be faithful to me now. I thank You for Your mercy, grace, and the peace that You are bringing into my life. Amen.
