Dead-end

📖 Luke 15:16 – “He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.”

There was once a young man who rebelled against the rules of his parents and wanted to follow the desires of his own heart. But he didn’t realize that we are most vulnerable when we isolate ourselves. The young man lost everything, and he didn’t know what to do or where to go. He reached a dead end. Filled with shame, he walked back home, where his family welcomed him back and helped him to see that what he was looking for was right there all along.

❣️ Most of the time, to get out of a dead end, you need someone else’s perspective.

🙏 Prayer: Heavenly Father, please help me to place my life in Your hands daily and to walk with You, so that I will never stray. You are my hope, even when I reach a dead end. May I always remember Your compassion and love for me. Amen.
