😮💨 Have you ever tried to read your Bible, but ended up more confused? 📖 Verse 4: “I was caught up to paradise and heard things so astounding that they cannot be expressed in words.”
💡 What do you notice?
1: Sometimes we forget that the whole Bible tells one big story. God, the Creator from the first book, Genesis, is the same God, enthroned in the last book, Revelation.
2: God is amazing in power, creativity, and love. Paul encountered that, because it’s real! The Bible is filled with stories of people who witnessed God’s greatness and He wants to be known by YOU too!
3: Why is Paul saying this? The answer is in verse 5: “That experience is worth boasting about, but I’m not going to do it.” And then he gets to the punchline: “I will boast only about my weaknesses.”
✝️ Paul understood his job is not to shine but to reflect God’s light.

Dear God, thank You for giving us the Bible to learn more about living Your way. Paul confirms in these verses that it’s true: You are in Heaven – Paradise. Yet Paul did not boast in his divine moments; he only boasted in his weaknesses. He mirrored Your great love. Help me to do the same. Amen.
