👀 The average person sees about 20 000 words per day. You read notifications, messages, billboards, and product details all day long. At school, you are reading thousands of words within the span of just a few hours as well. Even the shows we watch often have subtitles on.
When you sit down to read your Bible, it’s no wonder it can be hard to really SEE the words on the page. Your overstimulated brain just filters it as… *?/-=MoRe InPuT=*^?
🖐️ Stop, that can’t be right?
🌬️ 2 Timothy 3:16 says it this way: “All Scripture is God-breathed”
⏳ This past month we made an effort to stand still with a single chapter of the Bible. No rushing ahead. No skipping difficult parts. No easy way out.
We needed to allow time – to wait and see the Word break open before our eyes. Like a flower opening one petal at a time; the Bible will invite you closer to Jesus one revelation at a time.
📖 Read 2 Corinthians 12 again this morning and ask God to show you one more thing. The Bible is like a goldmine. You can confidently keep digging. If you seek more of God, He will be found by you.
